Investment Property Guide

This investing guide has been written by one person. For the launch of the website we needed to have an experienced investor’s opinion and personal guide. We plan to ask other experienced investors to add to this guide in time. Fraser Macdonald has written the guide.

Fraser is an experienced property investor and has built himself a large portfolio. Fraser started buying in 1994 and now has a medium/large portfolio. Fraser’s portfolio is mainly based in the North West of England and consists of terraced property in the Manchester and Lancashire area. Fraser also has experience in buying new build apartments and also has purchased property abroad. Fraser worked for Tesco for 10 years in their Marketing and Commercial divisions.

Fraser left Tesco in 2004 to set up Property Fit Ltd. Property Fit source property for clients. He calls it an ‘Armchair Investor Service’. Fraser’s company has purchased 350 properties and has permanent offices in Bolton with a team of 5 people.
